Edgecreek Wordpress Development

We have completed a project with Edgecreek Property Management who owns several student apartment complexes in Utah and Idaho.

They had a need to redo their website properties to better promote their properties, provide information to their current and future residents, provide calendaring and scheduling capabilities, have a gallery where they can post images of the apartment complexes and activities, and provide a consistent mechanism for potential residents to submit housing applications to an apartment manager.

They wanted a consistent feel, across the websites, but wanted each site to have its own unique look in terms of colors, logos, graphics, etc.

They also wanted the ability to manage the site themselves after the initial web development was completed and the content transitioned from the old websites.

We decided to leverage WordPress as the solution and to implement a common theme across all the sites. We modified each theme template to reflect the desired color scheme for each apartment complex and created a custom header and footer for each site.

Finally, they wanted a very simple site to feature their property management company that just provided a simple picture and description of the apartment complex and a link to the apartment website.
